• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs)
• Monitor resident conditions and respond appropriately
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed
• Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Communicate with residents' families when required
• Collect lab samples as ordered
• Adapt to residents' changing needs

• Active RN license in Vermont, New York, or Massachusetts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work within a team
• Understanding of confidentiality and nursing best practices
• EMR experience required (Point Click Care  a plus)
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role
