ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consistently work within company 5S efficiency standards to provide fast, friendly and efficient customer service at all times.
- Conduct New Hire orientation and complete and follow up on all new hire paperwork.
- Administer the Computer Assisted Interviewing Process, including scheduling, interviewing and follow up with all candidates, ensuring compliance with program requirements, and maintaining contact with the Recruitment Department.
- Administer the Computer Based Training Process, including scheduling and follow up with all trainees, ensuring compliance with program requirements, and maintaining contact with the Training Department.
- Communicate with Management to address current staffing needs.
- Conduct post-hire follow up surveys with all new associates.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- Track diversity initiative and retention issues and communicate with HR Specialist for follow through.
- Conduct exit interviews with all associates who terminate employment.
- Process termination paperwork on a weekly basis.
- Maintain a neat, clean and organized workstation, according to 5S standards, at all times.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Strong communication skills. Basic computer skills. Basic literacy. Satisfactory performance reviews. Presentation skills. At least 6 months of related experience.
