** As a Registered Nurse (RN) at The Center for Living & Rehabilitation, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents and patients. This includes:
* Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
* Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
* Monitoring patient conditions and reporting any changes to the physician or nurse practitioner
* Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
* Providing emotional support and education to patients and families
** Responsibilities:
*** Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and medications as ordered
* Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
* Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the physician or nurse practitioner
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
