Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of our nursing team, ensuring high-quality care is delivered to every resident
• Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident, in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork among staff members
• Provide guidance and support to new nurses and students, as well as mentor and coach existing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and reduce readmissions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless transitions between settings and access to the best medical care
