We are seeking an experienced RN Registered Nurse to join our team as a Weekend Night Supervisor

• Active VT RN License
• Minimum 1 year experience in long-term care (SNF)
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently as an RN Registered Nurse and lead overnight operations

• Supervise and support nursing staff including LPNs and CNAs
• Respond to clinical changes and emergency situations
• Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
• Oversee admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Administer medications and follow physician orders
• Act as the primary point of contact during overnight hours
• Maintain high standards of care as an RN Registered Nurse

• $53/hour + shift differential
