Hours:

40 hours per week. Pay Rate: $26.40–$30.80 per hour.

Shifts:

03:00 PM–11:30 PM (5 shifts per week, every other weekend required).

We are seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide compassionate, hands‑on care within a skilled nursing facility. This role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, supporting nursing staff, monitoring resident well‑being, and promoting a safe, comfortable, and patient‑centered environment.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff.
• Record vital signs and accurately document resident care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment.
• Support infection prevention and patient safety practices.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in EMR systems.

• Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license in Vermont.
• State‑issued identification required.
