Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)

  • Provide compassionate, resident-centered care

  • Support nursing staff with daily care activities

  • Monitor residents and report changes in condition

  • Maintain accurate documentation

  • Promote resident comfort, dignity, and safety

  • Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and team members

Qualifications
  • Active Vermont LNA License

OR

  • Candidates licensed in New York or Massachusetts are encouraged to apply. Full support is provided for license transfer.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care
