As a Licensed Nursing Assistant at The Center for Living & Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients and residents. LNA Licensed Nursing Assistant duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitoring and reporting vital signs and health changes
• Providing emotional support and companionship to patients and residents
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients and residents
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Providing assistance with rehab therapy programs and activities
• Maintaining accurate and thorough records of patient care and treatment

LNA Licensed Nursing Assistant candidates should possess a current licensure as a nursing assistant in the state of Vermont and a high school diploma or equivalent.
