Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)
The Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) is responsible for assisting RN's in providing individualized goal directed patient care. Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Successful completion of a nursing assistant course to allow one to qualify for the Vermont LNA test required.
- Ability to obtain a valid Vermont State Licensed Nursing Assistant license by date of employment required.
- Health Care Provider BLS certification is required with 90 days of hire.
- Previous nursing assistant experience preferred.
