We are seeking a strong and compassionate RN Registered Nurse to join our leadership team as a Unit Manager
. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN Registered Nurse to step into a hands-on leadership role and oversee a Subacute / High-Dependency Unit.

If you are an RN Registered Nurse who takes pride in clinical excellence, leadership, and making a real impact—this role offers the chance to truly run your own unit.

• Active VT RN License
• Minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care experience
• Prior leadership or management experience preferred
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team as an RN Registered Nurse

• Oversee and coordinate care for all residents on the unit
• Conduct weekly wound and skin rounds
• Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
• Supervise and support nursing staff (LPNs & CNAs)
• Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain high standards of care as an RN Registered Nurse
