Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) - Medical Surgical, Per diem

The Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) is responsible for assisting RN's in providing individualized goal directed patient care.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Successful completion of a nursing assistant course to allow one to qualify for the Vermont LNA test required.
• Ability to obtain a valid Vermont State Licensed Nursing Assistant license by date of employment required.
• Health Care Provider BLS certification is required with 90 days of hire.
• Previous nursing assistant experience preferred.
