As a Registered Nurse Evening Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coaching a team of nurses and caregivers during the evening shift. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to ensure smooth operations and maintain high-quality patient care. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement policies and procedures, and provide guidance and support to staff members.

- Develop and maintain effective communication networks with staff members, residents, and family members
- Participate in on-call rotation and provide coverage for absences or emergencies
