- Active RN License We help with reciprocity
- Minimum 1 years of Long-Term Care experience
- Prior leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team as an RN Registered Nurse
- Oversee and coordinate care for all residents on the unit
- Conduct weekly wound and skin rounds
- Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
- Supervise and support nursing staff (LPNs & CNAs)
- Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain high standards of care as an RN Registered Nurse
- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
