Summary
Responsible for the administrative aspects of the Computer Assisted Interviewing Process, including scheduling, interviewing, and follow up with all candidates, ensuring compliance with program requirements, and maintaining contact with the Recruitment Department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Consistently work within company 5S efficiency standards to provide fast, friendly and efficient customer service at all times.
- Conduct new‑hire orientation and complete and follow up on all new‑hire paperwork.
- Administer the Computer Assisted Interviewing Process: schedule interviews, conduct them, and follow up with all candidates.
- Administer the Computer Based Training Process: schedule and follow up with all trainees.
- Communicate with the Management team to address current staffing needs.
- Conduct post‑hire follow‑up surveys with all new associates.
- Track diversity initiative and retention issues and communicate with HR Specialist for follow‑through.
- Conduct exit interviews with associates who terminate employment.
- Process termination paperwork on a weekly basis.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and organized workstation according to 5S standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to company policies and procedures.
$15.00 - $18.55
Minimum Qualifications- Strong communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Basic literacy.
- Satisfactory performance reviews.
- Presentation skills.
- At least 6 months of related experience.

Physical Requirements- Standing: frequent 3‑5 hours.
- Sitting: frequent 3‑5 hours.
- Walking: frequent 3‑5 hours.
- Grasping/finger movement & dexterity: frequent 3‑5 hours, left/right hands.
- Bending: occasional 1‑3 hours.
- Twisting: occasional 1‑3 hours.
- Pivoting: occasional 1‑3 hours.
- Squatting/kneeling: occasional 1‑3 hours.
- Pushing/pulling: occasional 1‑3 hours up to 25 lbs.
- Lifting: occasional 1‑3 hours up to 25 lbs.
