Price Chopper - - Responsibilities:
Manage grocery operation of a retail unit including dry grocery, dairy, frozen food and DSD;
Oversee Grocery department and coordinate merchandising to meet corporate standards;
Manage budgeting, gross margin, shrink levels, CTO and payroll within corporate standards;
Train and develop all associates within the Grocery department; enforce sanitation and safety policies;
In the absence of the Store Manager, oversee the total store operation and coordinate with other department managers
