Sales Consultant

Victra is Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States. We are seeking Sales Consultants who deliver world‑class service to every guest. As a Sales Consultant, you will execute the sales process, share product knowledge, and connect our guests to what matters most. You will be the face of Victra!

Employees earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate and uncapped commission. Paid training and a guaranteed ramp‑up pay during the first 60 days is provided. Exemptions to overtime apply per state law.

Paid time off accrues each pay period at a rate of no less than 40 hours per year during the first year and 80 hours per year thereafter. All benefits are subject to the terms and conditions of the plan documents or insurance policies. Comprehensive benefit information is available upon request.

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods (November-December).
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Ability to lift 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. The program may include overnight travel at the company's expense, and ongoing online and computer‑based training will be required throughout employment.
