Key Responsibilities

* Perform framing, finish carpentry, and interior/exterior construction tasks

* Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

* Work safely and efficiently on active commercial job sites.

* Correct or notify leadership of any unsafe condition

* Coordinate with supervisors and trades to meet project schedules

* Maintain tools, equipment, and clean job sites

* Support apprentices and entry-level carpenters when needed

Skills/Education/Experience

* Construction experience

* Strong carpentry skills (framing, layout, finishing, installations)

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

* Knowledge of construction safety standards and practices

* Reliable transportation and strong attendance

* OSHA 10 preferred (or willingness to obtain)

* Team-oriented, professional, and safety-focused mindset

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $25 - $38/hour

This position is eligible for additional compensation through Engelberth Construction's bonus programs ($1-$3/hour quarterly bonus based on hours worked in previous quarter) and comprehensive benefits package.
