• Perform framing, finish carpentry, and interior/exterior construction tasks
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Work safely and efficiently on active commercial job sites.
• Correct or notify leadership of any unsafe condition
• Coordinate with supervisors and trades to meet project schedules
• Maintain tools, equipment, and clean job sites
• Support apprentices and entry‑level carpenters when needed

• Construction experience
• Strong carpentry skills (framing, layout, finishing, installations)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and practices
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• OSHA 10 preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Team‑oriented, professional, and safety‑focused mindset

Salary Range: $25 - $38/hour

This position is eligible for additional compensation through Engelberth Construction’s bonus programs ($1‑$3/hour quarterly bonus based on hours worked in previous quarter) and a comprehensive benefits package.
