You will be the leader of our roofing crews and responsible for the installation, removal and replacement of commercial roof systems. You will manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.

• Removal and installation of all types of roof systems including: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles)
• Roof maintenance and repairs
• Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
• Manage commercial roofing crew, including completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, and assisting in training crew members as needed.
• Tracking inventory and filing daily reports

• 3-5 years experience leading commercial roofing crews
• Experience with all types of commercial roofing systems is ideal
• A valid driver's license
• Initiative, Integrity, and Adaptability.
• Must be able to climb ladders, regularly bend, climb and kneel
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Must be able to work at varying heights and during a variety of weather conditions
• Must be able to pass preemployment screening

• Physical surroundings:
  Field environment with exposure to heights, noise and temperature.
• Physical Effort:
  Extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders. Frequent lifting not to exceed 50 pounds.
• Travel:
  Local, up to 2 hours away.

Usted será el líder del equipo de servicio y responsable de investigar, localizar y reparar fugas y defectos en los siguientes sistemas comerciales de techado EPDM, PVC, TPO, Techado construido, betón modificado y metal de pendiente baja. • Debe tener al menos 18 años.
• Más de 2 años de experiencia liderando equipos comerciales de techado.
• Una licencia de conducir válida.
• Debe ser bilingüe, inglés y español.
• Debe poder levantar más de 50 libras regularmente.
• Debe ser capaz de trabajar a diferentes alturas y durante una variedad de condiciones climáticas.
