Your Role:
Overnight Awake Youth Counselor - see full job description at time of interview

You'll ensure the safety and well-being of youth during overnight hours. This awake position requires vigilance, compassion, and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow nightly instructions from the building supervisor
• Conduct regular room checks (every 10 minutes)
• Provide comfort and support to youth who are awake
• Maintain building security
• Complete shift documentation, light cleaning, laundry, and other duties
• Respond to emergencies and follow safety procedures
• Communicate promptly with the Night Awake Supervisor
• Uphold confidentiality and company policies

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• Age 21+
• Prefer 2+ years' experience working with youth (camp counselor, coach, babysitting, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to stay awake and alert throughout the shift
