Overnight Awake Youth Counselor - see full job description at time of interview You'll ensure the safety and well-being of youth during overnight hours. This awake position requires vigilance, compassion, and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Follow nightly instructions from the building supervisor
* Conduct regular room checks (every 10 minutes)
* Provide comfort and support to youth who are awake
* Maintain building security
* Complete shift documentation, light cleaning, laundry, and other duties
* Respond to emergencies and follow safety procedures
* Communicate promptly with the Night Awake Supervisor
* Uphold confidentiality and company policies What We're Looking For
* High School Diploma or GED
* Age 21+
* Prefer 2+ years' experience working with youth (camp counselor, coach, babysitting, etc.)
* Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
