Easterseals Vermont is seeking a Family Engagement Specialist to join our team. You will facilitate family meetings and provide in-home support to strengthen families in their homes, coaching parents to ensure safe and nurturing time with children in DCF custody.
You will also call extended family members to explore familial support and create genograms, working closely with the Department of Children and Families - Family Services Division in our own offices.
