CDL-A City Driver

This position involves operating commercial vehicles as a CDL-A City Driver, responsible for local freight pickup and delivery.

• Home daily with weekends and holidays off, ensuring a healthy work‑life balance.
• Drive safely and responsibly, adhering to traffic laws, company policies, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records for compliance, including driver logs and vehicle inspections.
• Follow federal regulations for hazardous materials transportation when applicable.
• Interact professionally and courteously with customers during pickups and deliveries.
• Conduct vehicle inspections, report mechanical issues, and maintain equipment cleanliness.
• Qualifications include a valid CDL‑A license, at least 1 year of experience, a clean driving record, and passing a DOT physical and drug screen.
• Preferred endorsements include tanker and hazmat, with a 90‑day window to obtain them.
