Accounting Manager – CFS

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to drive the financial operations of our growing business, reporting directly to the Owner and COO.

$100,000 – $125,000 per year

• Management of the accounting team – daily lead of personnel and deliverables.
• Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable – lead the team in executing daily transactions accurately and completely.
• Trade Spend Management – administer trade spend tracking, ensuring all transactions are tracked and coded correctly.
• Netsuite Process Development and Improvement – capture all transactions correctly, identify opportunities to improve processes and system functionality.
• Weekly Cash Reporting & Management.
• Credit & Collections Management – oversee global policy, weekly reporting, issue identification and improvement.
• Management of foreign taxes, reporting and accounting.
• Line of Credit Management – oversee daily administration with lenders and ensure timely documentation.
• Ad hoc reporting and analysis.
• Accounting Process Development and Improvement.

• 7+ years of experience in a finance role at a mid‑size business, preferably in wholesale food & beverage or CPG.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Netsuite.
