Surface one Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our dynamic team in Azusa, CA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our financial operations while working in a collaborative and innovative environment.

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with external auditors during audits.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.

• Bachelor's degree
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
