Location: Bensenville, IL
$22.00 – $25.00 per hour
Shift: Monday – Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of previous data entry, administrative, or clerical experience required.
  • Experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, import/export, or supply chain operations preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Job Duties
  • Accurately enter shipment, customer, and transportation data into internal operating systems.
  • Process and verify import and export documentation for air and ocean freight shipments.
  • Review shipping documents for completeness and accuracy.
  • Maintain electronic records and ensure data integrity across multiple systems.
  • Update shipment statuses and tracking information as required.
  • Communicate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and obtain missing information.
  • Generate reports and assist with record management activities.
  • Support logistics coordinators and operations teams with administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and customer requirements.
  • Meet productivity and accuracy goals in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while performing office tasks.
  • Frequent use of computers, telephones, and other standard office equipment.
  • Occasional lifting or moving of office supplies and materials up to 20 pounds.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and visitors.
