Warehouse Customer Service Representative

Location: Bensenville, IL

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Shift: TBD (1st | 2nd | 3rd)

• Process customer orders and shipment requests
• Communicate with customers, carriers, and warehouse personnel regarding order status and delivery updates
• Enter and maintain accurate data in warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Investigate and resolve shipment, inventory, and billing discrepancies
• Generate reports, shipping documents, and inventory records
• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight activities
• Provide exceptional customer service while meeting operational deadlines
• Follow company safety, quality, and operational procedures

• Previous customer service, logistics, warehouse, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
