Are you a hands‑on engineer who enjoys bridging the gap between design and manufacturing? We are partnering with a growing manufacturing organization seeking a Production Engineer to support production operations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to bring custom‑engineered products from design to production. Based on the job description provided.
What You'll Do- Provide day‑to‑day engineering support to production teams by troubleshooting technical issues and answering engineering questions.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities related to manufacturability, cost reduction, quality, and performance.
- Manage engineering projects focused on product and process improvements.
- Facilitate engineering change processes and support design updates.
- Create and maintain bills of materials (BOMs), wiring diagrams, and piping diagrams.
- Validate new designs through testing and data collection.
- Review production work orders to ensure accuracy and support standard operating procedure improvements.
- Utilize CAD software to support design and manufacturing initiatives.
- Partner with production and other internal teams to provide technical expertise and project support.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Understanding of thermodynamics and control systems.
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team‑oriented manufacturing environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to support team success.
- Experience in refrigeration, HVAC, thermal systems, or related industries.
- Knowledge of PID loops and control logic.
- Prior experience in project management, manufacturing engineering, or applications engineering.
- Experience with Solid Works or similar CAD tools.

: $100-130k base
