MOR doctors are the official team physicians for the Chicago White Sox, Chicago Bulls, Chicago Fire Soccer Club and DePaul University Athletics.
- Providing exceptional patient care and services.
- Progressing patient’s plan of care that has been established by the physical therapist.
- Periodic written and dictated communication to physicians through progress notes and discharge summaries after consulting with supervising PT regarding patient’s plan of care.
- Frequent communication with supervising PT regarding appropriate treatment plan, follow‑up appointments, and potential discharge for patients.
- Supervising rehabilitation aides with patient care and administrative staff as needed.
- Daily paperwork. All PT Assistants are responsible for documenting all treatment in patient charts and completing all written communications in a timely manner.
- Graduate of a Physical Therapy Assistant program.
- Current licensure as a PTA in IL (or willingness to apply).
- CPR Certified.
- 1-2 years of experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Energetic and a team player.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment.
Pay Range: $27‑35 per hour. Compensation at MOR is determined by many factors, which may include but are not limited to job‑related skills and level of experience, education, certifications, geographic location, market data and internal equity. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
