Salary Range: $18-$20 (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time (Evenings, Weekends & Holidays as needed)

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism during check-in and check-out
• Handle reservations, phone calls, and guest requests efficiently using IHG systems
• Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth front desk operations
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and provide outstanding service
• Communicate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Assist with Park, Sleep & Fly packages offered at the hotel
• Perform other duties as assigned to support daily hotel operation

• At least 2 year of experience working at Choice property (REQUIRED)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Familiarity with Choice systems (e.g., Choice Advantage)
• Dependable, professional, and self-motivated
• Able to work Night Shifts
