Doumak, Inc. is the Marshmallow Company. Founded in 1921, it is a leading producer of marshmallows sold under the Campfire® and Fireside® brands, and for private label. Our two Chicago-area facilities provide bagged regular and miniature marshmallows for distribution worldwide through wholesale, retail grocery, and food service channels.
PositionExtrusion Operator (3rd Shift)
Location: 1006 Fairway, Bensenville, IL 60106
Shift: 10:00 pm to 6:00 am, Sunday through Thursday
Start Pay: $18.00 hourly rate
Salary Progression- After one year of employment: $19.00 hourly rate
- After two years of employment: $20.00 hourly rate
- After three years of employment: $21.00 hourly rate
- After four years of employment: $22.00 hourly rate
- After five years of employment: full scale
- Oversee the extrusion process to ensure proper size and crust of product.
- Assist each other with changeovers, cleanups, and general maintenance of the starch room.
- Ensure a quality marshmallow is produced and presented to the packaging machines.
High School diploma; must read and write English and understand basic math, must be able to regularly lift 50 pounds.
Work experience in food manufacturing environment, confectionery preferred. We will train the right person.
Weekend work may be required (overtime and double time pay will apply).

- Employee is employed by the company for 1 year, Employee shall receive $1,000.00
