CNC Automation Technician
Are you an experienced CNC Automation Technician looking for a hands‑on role in manufacturing? This could be a great fit if you have experience with CNC machining centers, automation cells, machine setups, and troubleshooting. This is an established manufacturing company in Bensenville, IL that specializes in die casting and precision manufacturing. The work environment is fast‑paced, safety‑focused, and team‑oriented. In this role, you will support CNC automation, machining, tooling, setups, documentation, and shop floor operations.

As a CNC Automation Technician, you will:
- Operate and set up CNC machining centers as needed
- Support new and existing automation cells in CNC, machining, and assembly areas
- Troubleshoot automation cells, machine setups, equipment, and process issues
- Assist with job process adjustments, documentation, job packets, and machining reference materials
- Support machine operators and production teams to help improve efficiency and reduce downtime
Full‑time schedule. Flexible schedule availability may be required: 6:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M. or 8:00 A.M. – 6:00 P.M.
Pay $22.00 to $26.00 or more per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Requirements- Experience operating and setting up CNC machining centers
- Automation, machining, tooling, fixture, or manufacturing support experience
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment, automation cells, machine setups, and process issues
- Basic computer skills and the ability to complete documentation
- Ability to work in relatively warm manufacturing areas and work a flexible schedule as needed
