Job Duties
  • You are responsible for coordinating production capacity and material planning to maintain a steady workflow.
  • This involves ensuring that the right materials are available at the right time to maximize the use of assembly resources.
  • You implement methods and best practices related to systems and processes that support inventory forecasting, material control, and scheduling.
  • These practices contribute directly to efficient operations and cost-effectiveness.
  • You drive the organization to achieve key metrics such as inventory turns, days on hand, on-time delivery, and schedule adherence.
  • You actively contribute to achieving departmental KPIs both individually and as part of a team to ensure everyone works toward common objectives.
  • You collaborate with the purchasing department to support supplier strategies.
  • Ensuring the correct delivery, quality, and supply flow of components and materials from vendors is crucial for smooth manufacturing operations.
  • You manage material demand and flow through a series of production mechanisms.
  • This provides the flexibility to handle fluctuations in forecasts while ensuring timely availability of components.
  • By gathering, analyzing, and validating data, you help forecast product needs to optimize inventory and production planning.
  • You proactively identify bottlenecks in the production process and adjust material plans to eliminate delays.
  • This ensures a smooth production flow and the achievement of delivery deadlines.
  • You develop and maintain strong partnerships within the organization to achieve high-quality results.
  • Implementing and aligning company policies with health and safety regulations is essential for employee well-being.
