Fortune Fish & Gourmet in Illinois (Bensenville) seeks an FSQA Technician reporting to the Director of Food Safety & Quality Assurance. You will improve and monitor food safety requirements, assist in quality control for customer returns and credit reporting, and liaison between sales and warehouse for quality and service disruptions.
You will verify records, conduct cooler checks, assist in testing, follow SQF/MSC/GMP protocols, and participate in recalls and regulatory visits.
