• Weekly pay – Get paid every Friday
• Competitive, stable pay starting at $15 / hour

• Pay progression:
  Start $15.00 → 90 days $15.50/hr → 6 months $15.75/hr → 12 months/1 year $16.25/hr → 18 months $16.50/hr → 2 years $17.00

• Work normal business hours in the morning to late afternoon (limited evenings; Sundays closed)
• Shift times:
  Monday - Friday 7 am – 1 pm or 1 pm – 10 pm;
  Saturday 8 am – 6 pm
• Greet customers as they arrive with an emphasis on world-class hospitality
• Move vehicles safely throughout the dealership with a focus on safety
• Move vehicles and organize vehicle inventory around the dealership
• At some dealerships, provide vehicle wash, parts delivery, and quality control
• Learn the ins and outs of the dealership by assisting with various tasks as needed
• All roles are engaging, fast-paced, and deliver a high level of client service
• At some locations, eligible and properly trained team members may drive vehicles and customers off-site around the city
• Thoroughly clean new and used vehicles to deliver with pride and Citrin standards
• Tasks may include cleaning wheels, exterior washes, hand drying, vacuuming interior carpets and seats
• Travel between locations may be supported by rideshare platforms (paid by Citrin)

• Valid driver’s license for at least one year (not including learners permit)
• At least 18 years of age
• Good driving record
• Ability to sit and/or stand through an entire shift
• Professional appearance
• Ability to perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, walking, and jogging
• Strong communication skills
