Salary: Up to $85,000.00 per year (base salary, commissions, and performance bonuses)

Mobile Generation, the fastest growing Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer in the Midwest, is seeking a Spanish Bilingual Store Manager to lead our retail team. The manager will ensure staff are trained in sales processes, Verizon products and services, and operational standards, while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Build a positive, customer‑ and goal‑oriented environment.
  • Interview, hire, schedule, and supervise Verizon Wireless Sales Associates.
  • Meet or exceed personal and team key performance indicators each month.
  • Coach and mentor the team daily to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Maintain store operations according to Verizon Wireless and Mobile Generation guidelines.
  • Execute all promotional rollouts, inventory procedures, and other duties assigned by Mobile Generation leadership in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Model professional conduct for employees and customers.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably with Verizon Wireless or another wireless retailer.
  • Demonstrated achievement in previous sales and leadership roles.
  • Strong ability to lead, coach, and inspire a team.
  • Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology, and customer service.
  • Willingness to travel to various Midwest locations as business needs dictate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
