This is a front-line, high-impact role where you will take ownership of building a sales pipeline from the ground up – identifying opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and driving new business conversations. How you create impact
  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, email, and social outreach
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline by identifying and engaging target accounts
  • Initiate conversations with decision‑makers and key influencers across industries
  • Conduct effective discovery to uncover customer needs, challenges, and opportunities
  • Qualify leads and convert interest into actionable sales opportunities
  • Partner closely with senior sales representatives to transition high-quality prospects
  • Maintain a disciplined daily cadence of outreach and follow‑ups
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and pipeline targets
  • Handle objections professionally and persistently to move conversations forward
  • Continuously refine messaging and outreach strategies based on performance and feedback
  • Demonstrate strong time management and prioritization across multiple prospects
  • Collaborate with team members in a high-performance, metrics-driven environment
  • Actively participate in coaching, training, and role‑play sessions to improve performance
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity in CRM systems

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles.

Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Kuehne+Nagel reviews pay ranges regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay based on industry market data.
