Pay or shift range: $84,000 USD to $90,000 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job‑related reasons.

What This Role Really Is

This is a high‑activity, field‑based sales position. You will be out in the marketplace M‑F, 8am‑5pm, walking into restaurants, shaking hands, introducing Auto‑Chlor, and showing prospects how we can solve problems they deal with every single day.

What You’ll Gain
  • 1st year Base + commission expected earnings of $84,000-$90,000.
  • 2nd year Base + commission expected earnings of $94,000-$107,000.

In this role, you will:
  • Make 20 to 30 in‑person cold calls every day.
  • Build a strong prospect pipeline.
  • Lease our dish washing machines, cleaning systems, and service programs.
  • Work closely with our service teams to ensure new accounts launch successfully.
  • Take ownership of your numbers, territory, and activity plan.

Qualifications
  • Preferred: 1 year of experience in cold calling.
