Job Summary

Marx, UPS Healthcare Precision Logistics, the clinical and advanced therapy part of UPS Healthcare, reaches patients faster with greater scalability and access to new pathways through the supply chain.

• Review export documentation provided by shipper, client, and any other Marken affiliates.
• Identify ideal routing(s) based on service level requirements and packaging validation timelines.
• Work directly with airline partners to book shipments, create MAWBs, and integrate shipments into Cargo Wise.
• Complete accurate data entry of all required details of shipment, MAWB, and consignment as instructed by guidelines.
• Enter the route leg for international flight and all relevant charges into Maestro and Cargo Wise.
• Perform export compliance duties such as AES filing and KSMS checks.
• Dispatch orders to OSP and coordinate the dispatch to ensure shipment is tendered to the airline timely.
• Confirm documents and verify live shipments prior to shipment departing the Marken ORD facility.
• Upload final combined documents and send the pre‑alert through Maestro.
• Track and trace pending shipments and maintain proactive internal communication with customer service to avoid delays.

• Act as key communicator between various departments regarding shipments compliance, routing, and documentation for export.
• Adhere to all company policies at all times.
• Perform other reasonable duties at the request of the Line Manager or Operations Manager.

• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of customs operations, laws, regulations, and other government departments.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic understanding of HS system.

Base pay for this position ranges from $23.03 an hour and from $18.45/hr to $29.95/hr, depending on market location, skills, experience, and other factors.
