Shuttle Driver

The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers and goods to designated locations while providing excellent customer service. • Safely operate shuttle vehicles, including vans and buses, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
• Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the vehicle, performing routine inspections and reporting any maintenance needs.
• Communicate effectively with passengers regarding schedules, routes, and any changes in service.
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, including lifting and handling heavy luggage
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off at designated locations while adhering to established schedules.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and concerns in a courteous manner.
• Keep accurate records of trips, including mileage and passenger counts.

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred; experience in bus driving or paratransit services is a plus.
• Previous experience as a delivery driver or van driver is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and team members.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required when assisting passengers or handling luggage.
• A commitment to safety and the ability to navigate various driving conditions confidently.
• Flexibility in work hours, including availability for early morning or late evening shifts as needed.
