As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth inventory flow, accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining an organized workspace. Required Skills:
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
* Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move products safely
* Basic math skills for inventory counting and record-keeping
* Comfortable using warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (certification is a plus)
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Nice to Have
Skills:
* Experience with barcode scanning systems and inventory management software
* Forklift certification or prior operating experience
* Ability to work efficiently under time-sensitive conditions
Preferred
Education and Experience:
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage
Other Requirements:
* Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends or overtime when needed
* Must adhere to safety protocols consistently
