Bluewater Thermal Solutions is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to keep our facility running smoothly. You'll be the go-to person for office operations, supporting everything from vendor invoices and customer billing to employee records and day-to-day facility coordination. • Support facility leadership with correspondence, reports, support safety and compliance recordkeeping
• Answer phones, greet and manage visitors, handle mail, and keep the office running smoothly
• Process invoices, billing, and payments; maintain accurate vendor and customer records
• Maintain organized personnel files, onboarding paperwork, and training records
• Generate reports and maintain accurate data across company systems
• Keep confidential information secure and handled with discretion

• 1+ years of administrative support experience
• Background in HR, accounting/APAR, payroll, or office administration is a plus
• Comfortable in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Strong organizational skills and followthrough — you keep track of details without being asked twice
• A professional, friendly presence with employees, customers, and vendors alike
• Manufacturing or multisite company experience is a plus, but not required

• Primarily an office role, with occasional time on the production floor (PPE provided/required in those areas)
• Standard office equipment and computer work; occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Able to travel between company of Benton Harbor, MI and South Bend, IN
