Location Benton Harbor, MI (Commutable from: South Bend, Portage, Battle Creek, Grand Rapids).

On offer is a varied, hands‑on role where you'll take ownership of exciting R&D projects. You'll build, test and analyse bespoke mechanical products while working closely with the Design and Manufacturing teams to drive product improvements and bring new ideas to life.
The role would suit a Mechanical Engineer with experience in R&D, product development or mechanical testing, looking to further develop their career within manufacturing and progress towards senior engineering positions.
The Role:- Testing and analysing bespoke mechanical products and components.
- Working closely with the Design and Manufacturing Engineering teams on product development.
- On‑the‑job training and flexible start times.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience with in Mechanical R&D, Product Development or Testing.
- Experience with AutoCAD or Solid Works.
