Product Information Management; PIM Functional Lead

We’re looking for a Product Information Management (PIM) Functional Lead to support and enhance our Informatica Product 360 platform. This role sits at the intersection of business users and technology, helping translate business needs into practical platform improvements and ensuring teams get full value from the system.

• Partner with Product Owners to evaluate business feedback and assess requirements for platform enhancements and changes
• Gather, document, and clarify business needs related to product data and workflows
• Create and maintain clear, functional documentation for product information management processes
• Serve as the functional expert for Informatica Product 360, providing guidance, training, and ongoing user support
• Help business users adopt best practices to ensure accurate, consistent, and effective use of the platform

• 12+ years of overall experience in information technology or enterprise systems
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Product Information Management (PIM) platforms
• Strong understanding of product data processes, governance, and business workflows
• Experience supporting business users through training, documentation, and functional support
• Ability to translate business needs into clear system requirements

• Experience working with Informatica Product 360
• Background in product‑centric environments such as retail, manufacturing, or consumer goods
