Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and lead user for the GPMS data system, including data entry guidance, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting.
- Support staff use of Apprenti Scope and OSMIS, ensuring data is entered accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist with data clean‑up, validation, and routine quality checks across systems. Run standard reports and data queries to support program tracking and internal reporting needs.
- Serve as the lead coordinator for the Request for Funding (RFF) tracker. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of funding requests, approvals, timelines, and outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal staff to ensure required documentation and data are complete. Prepare summary reports related to RFF activity as requested.
- Monitor data entry timelines and completeness, identifying gaps or inconsistencies. Communicate data issues or trends to supervisors and program leads.
- Assist with basic staff training and one‑on‑one support related to data systems.
- Support compliance with local, state, and federal data reporting requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of participant and program data.
- Stay informed of basic system updates, policy changes, and reporting requirements.
- Participate in meetings or user groups related to assigned data systems, as appropriate.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple data tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to organize information, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly with staff.
- Ability to explain technical or data concepts to non‑technical staff.
- Comfort working with structured trackers, spreadsheets, and reporting timelines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools.
- Experience supporting data quality or compliance efforts.
- Experience working with data systems or case management databases.
- Familiarity with GPMS, OSMIS, or apprenticeship‑related systems strongly preferred.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
- Must be willing and able to travel approximately 30% of the time between Berrien, Cass, and Van Buren counties.
