Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented Purchasing / Inventory Assistant with strong SAP experience to support our purchasing and supply chain operations. This role involves processing orders, managing vendor relationships, coordinating shipments, and providing cross-departmental support. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable with numbers, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Process purchase orders, sales quotations, and requisitions using SAP.
- Coordinate vendor communication, including pricing, availability, delivery schedules, and order status.
- Arrange shipping and courier services for imports/exports and local deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and data entry.
- Resolve order discrepancies and work with departments to address purchasing issues.
- Provide general support to Sales, Operations, and Administration as needed.
- Proficiency in SAP (required).
- Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable working with numbers and detailed data.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
