Job Description
Pay: $24.00–$28.00/hour
Schedule:
Friday, Saturday, Sunday
6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Work 36 Hours. Get Paid for 40.
A growing precision manufacturer is seeking experienced CNC Machinists to join its team supporting aerospace, medical, defense, and agricultural manufacturing programs.
This weekend shift offers a unique opportunity to work only three days per week while receiving a full 40‑hour paycheck.
Responsibilities- Setup and operate CNC mills, lathes, and multi‑axis equipment
- Troubleshoot tooling, setup, and machining issues
- Adjust offsets, speeds, and feeds
- Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T requirements
- Perform inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Maintain quality standards and production requirements
- Support process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives
- 2+ years of CNC machining experience
- Setup experience preferred
- Experience with mills, lathes, or Swiss equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T
- Experience using precision measuring instruments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Star, Tsugami, Murata, Citizen, Okuma, Mori Seiki, DMG Mori, or similar equipment
- G & M code editing
- Machine‑side programming experience
- Swiss machining experience
