ResourceMFG in Benton Harbor is seeking a Saw Operator for a full-time role with a Monday-Thursday shift (4:30 pm – 3:00 am). Pay ranges from $15.00 to $28.00 per hour based on experience, with a focus on safe operation, setup of CNC saws, and accurate paperwork.
The ideal candidate has 1–2 years CNC or 1–3 years saw operating experience, understands production procedures, and can lift 50–70 lbs frequently while maintaining quality and teamwork on the line.
