The Shop Cell Supervisor at Gaishin Manufacturing, Inc. leads daily operations of a manufacturing cell, ensuring safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost effectiveness while aligning with AS9100 standards and customer requirements.
Reporting to the Plant Supervisor, you will drive continuous improvement, Lean initiatives, and Kaizen events; coach and develop staff, balance manpower, and maintain KPI boards to support a 98%+ on-time delivery and 15% scrap reduction.
