Salary: $18.00 - $23.00 / Hour (Based on experience)
Shift: A-Shift (Monday - Thursday 6:00 am - 4:30 pm EST) OT As required

The Material Handler is responsible for safely moving raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods throughout the facility to support efficient manufacturing operations. This position ensures production teams have the materials they need while maintaining accurate inventory and a safe, organized work environment.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Supply production areas with raw materials and components.
- Move finished products to designated warehouse locations.
- Empty and stage machine center hoppers.
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Verify quantities and inspect materials for damage.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper scanning and documentation.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control activities.
- Organize warehouse and storage areas using 5S principles.
- Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.
- Assist other departments as needed to meet customer requirements.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
- Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to become certified).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Basic computer and inventory system skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and dependable attendance.
- Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift.
- Regular lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying materials.
- Ability to bend, reach, squat, and climb as needed.
